End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This EULA governs your use of the Hullcore software. The operator (Hullcore (Osman Can Çınar)) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the application except as permitted by law. All intellectual property rights remain with the operator.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. This licence terminates automatically if you breach it; on termination you must stop using and delete the application.
We are under no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application unless separately agreed. You must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws and confirm you are not located in an embargoed country or on a restricted-party list. The app store is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it.
Use is also subject to the app store's standard EULA (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, where applicable) and to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; in case of conflict, the app store's mandatory EULA terms prevail for that store's distribution.
