Under Article 11 of the LPPD, you (the "Applicant") have rights regarding the processing of your personal data. Applications to the data controller (Hullcore (Osman Can Çınar)) must be made in writing or by other methods the Personal Data Protection Board determines. To apply in writing, complete and submit this form:
- by the online form, by e-mail, or by another method the Board determines,
- or by e-mail from your registered address to: legal@hullcore.dev.

Important: applications must be made personally by the data subject (not on behalf of a spouse, relative, or child); anyone applying on another person's behalf must attach a notarized power of attorney. We may request a copy of your identity document or other information to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Response: we conclude your application within thirty days at the latest, free of charge (where the process requires additional cost, a fee under the Board's tariff may apply), and respond by your preferred method (LPPD Art. 13 and the Communiqué on Application Procedures).
